There are many benefits to soaking in a warm bath of epsom salt. Epsom salt relaxes muscles, relieves pain, and can help elevate headaches. The Magnesium in epson salt can help rid the body of inflammation, aid in muscle recovery, and rid the body of toxins.


Here are some of the potential, but unsubstantiated, claims that may be additional benefits to soaking in epsom salt.

  • Improve Skin Heath

  • Relieve Symptoms of Psoriasis

  • Improve Blood Sugar

  • Raise Magnesium Levels



How To Start:

  • Run a warm bath and pour in 2-3 cups of epsom salt in

  • Soak 30 minutes to 1 hour for maximum results

  • Select a scented epsom salt for added aroma therapy
