My Top 5 Favorite Skincare Products

You know my skincare routine will be nothing like the Tik-Tok videos of girls applying chemical filled moisturizers, etc…

1️⃣ Grassfed beef 🥩 consumption high in nutrients as well as glycine and glutamine

Beef tallow also makes a great moisturizer!

2️⃣ Glutamed : created by my mentor, made by @atp_labs consists of glycine and glutamine … Skip the collagen powder and just go for glycine…

3️⃣ Omega 3’s from wild caught salmon 🐟 and also from supplementing high quality liquid or caps for 3 months on 3 months off.

4️⃣ Coconut oil: highly antibacterial and anti fungal. Creates a happy microbiome on your skin- the worst thing you can do is apply chemical lotion! Horrible for hormone balance!

5️⃣ No sunscreen ☀️… I’ve only used a homemade sunscreen a few times in the past 12 years. Other than that just the coconut oil applied daily…I get checked yearly by the dermatologist who supports my methods!



I avoid the sun during peak burn times and eat foods that promote a natural sunscreen and oxidation repair like: blueberries, liver, salmon, and avoidance of PUFAs.

🌟 Bonus skin support /repair: gotu kola, which I’ve done several reviews on and no one seems to know about! Amazing natural product. I’ve used it topically and internally periodically.
