How to Use HSA/FSA Funds on Directional Force
The process takes place entirely at checkout on directionalforce.com. No separate doctor visit is required.

Select TrueMed at payment
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Choose the TrueMed / Pay with HSA/FSA option.
Important: Check out as a guest. If you’re logged into Shop Pay, log out first so the TrueMed option appears. -
Complete the short health assessment
TrueMed walks you through a brief clinical intake form. An independent licensed clinician reviews it to determine whether the purchase qualifies as medically necessary for you. If approved, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is issued. -
Pay with your HSA or FSA card
Once qualified, enter your HSA or FSA card details and complete the purchase. The full eligible amount is charged in real time. TrueMed generates the LMN and receipt automatically and stores them in your TrueMed dashboard. -
Keep your records
Download or save the documentation. Most orders are complete with no extra steps.
If the purchase is not approved for HSA/FSA use, the transaction is reversed and you can pay with a regular card instead. Final approval and available payment options depend on TrueMed and your specific plan.
