We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you're not you may return purchased items within 14 days of purchase for any reason.  The item must be returned in new, unused condition, with tags.  We will not issue refunds on damaged and used products.  There is a $10.00 processing and restock fee administered to weight vest, ruck pack, and plate returns. 

Mobot water bottles and shakers are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons. 

If you wish to return your purchased items simply email us at info@directionalforce.com with the return details.  Shipping costs for returns are not covered by Directional Force.  

Returns on Fitness Equipment / Sporting Goods that ship by freight and are not manufactured by Directional Force are subject to the return policy and warranty coverage by the manufacturer and are not covered by the Directional Force return policy.
