1. Open the Plate Pocket: Unfasten the bottom Velcro seam of the plate pocket.
2. Access the Straps: Reach inside the pocket and pull out the two internal straps to fully expose the plate compartment.
3. Insert the Plate: Place the weight plate into the pocket, ensuring it sits flat and secure.
4. Secure the Straps: Reposition the straps along the inner pocket wall, pressing them firmly to hold the plate in place.
5. Close the Pocket: Refasten the bottom Velcro seam to seal the pocket.

Important: Double-check that the plate is securely positioned and the Velcro is firmly closed before use.
