Follow the instructions below and on the illustration picture.  

Open the bottom velcro to the plate pocket. Reach inside and pull the two straps out to expose the plate pocket. Insert the plate and re-paste the straps along the pocket wall. Make sure the plate is securely placed. Re-paste the bottom seem velcro cover.

Vest - Ruck Cleaning & Care:

The vest and ruck packs are constructed out of Nylon.  You can wipe your vest or ruck pack down with a wet rag, hang, and let air dry.  Remove plates before cleaning.
