Warranty & Product Care
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty only if it is explicitly stated in the product description on the product page. If no warranty information is mentioned, the item is sold as-is and is not covered by any warranty.
Where a warranty is stated (for example, a lifetime guarantee on certain weight vests), it covers defects in materials and workmanship that exist at the time of purchase or appear under normal use. We will repair or replace a product that fails due to a manufacturing defect.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular or daily use over time. This includes, but is not limited to, stitching that loosens or fails, fabric abrasion or thinning, Velcro fatigue, padding compression, fading, or other degradation that occurs after months or years of consistent training, rucking, or workouts. These are expected results of using the gear as intended, not manufacturing defects.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, neglect, modification, alteration, or abuse.
- Damage from accidents, improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
- Issues that arise after the product has been used in a manner inconsistent with the care and usage instructions provided with the item or on the product page.
A stated “lifetime” or similar warranty refers to the reasonable expected life of the product given its materials, construction, and intended use—not an unlimited free-replacement program for normal wear. Claims are evaluated based on the age of the item, how it has been used and cared for, and whether the failure is a true manufacturing defect.
To submit a warranty claim
Email info@directionalforce.com with your order number (or proof of purchase), a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product (including close-ups of the affected area). We will review the claim and let you know the next steps. Approved claims are handled by repair or replacement at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns under warranty are generally the customer’s responsibility unless we determine otherwise.
Misuse, improper care, modification, or abuse of any product will void any applicable warranty. Please follow all care and usage instructions included with your purchase.
