It has a padded plate pocket on the back to add weight and get you moving in the right direction. It's designed to provide maximum comfort and keep the plates secure during workouts.
When your done with your ruck or workout, take the plates out and use it as your everyday backpack. It has multiple compartments and inner pockets that make it a true workhorse.
